Join us for a couple of hours of Nordic Walking. Efficient training in natural surroundings at close range. Nordic Walking – an efficient training method because the use of poles will get your pulse rate up, increase the burning of calories because the arm muscles are activated and push the body forward. At the same time, Nordic Walking is good fitness training that activates all of your body’s muscles while still being gentle to all joints.
Nordic Walking is for all – no matter how young or old you are, no matter your physical fitness. In addition to physical exercise you’ll get a lot of fresh air and warm, rosy cheeks.
We will provide a brief introduction to beginners half an hour before we start.
The tour takes place in the area south and north of Hotel Skagen Strand.
Registration fee includes a sandwich, fruit and 1/2 l. water. We encourage you to bring your own poles. Otherwise, there is the possibility to borrow.
